News of the anthroposophical life in Switzerland
What is the Journal
A German- and a French-language editorial team makes the life of the National Society visible in it: the work of the Executive Board, the Branches, the Delegates' conferences and other bodies. The names of deceased members are published regularly. Questions about the nature of man and Switzerland are addressed, annual festivals are discussed and the influence of the spirit of the times is commented on. Rudolf Steiner's spiritual science as an inner asceticism, as a reality of life and as an impulse for various professions is the focus of the magazine.
A 5-page calendar of events gives a broad overview of anthroposophical work in Switzerland.
Editor-in-chief

Konstanze Brefin Alt began to develop the Mitteilungen in 1987 while working for the weekly magazine Das Goetheanum. Back then it was an insert.
Since the summer of 1988, she has been its responsible editor. Following the development of the national society, she brought the Mitteilungen into the independent Swiss Society in 1991.
In 2014, Peter Stebbing from Arlesheim proposed a new graphic design: the Anthroposophie logo in red, taken from Rudolf Steiner's handwriting, brings dynamism and clarity to the content of the journal, with one word for all four national languages.
Catherine Poncey is responsible for the French section.
